Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Unroll one can of crescent dough onto the baking sheet. Press the seams together with your fingers to form a single sheet and press the dough up the sides of the pan.
Layer the hard salami evenly over the dough, covering the entire surface.
Add a layer of sliced Swiss cheese over the salami.
Next, add a layer of sliced pepperoni over the Swiss cheese.
Top the pepperoni with a layer of sliced provolone cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk 2 of the eggs. Pour the whisked eggs evenly over the cheese layer.
Scatter the banana pepper rings over the top, if using.
Unroll the second can of crescent dough and place it on top. Pinch the edges to seal with the bottom crust.
In a small bowl, whisk the remaining egg to create an egg wash. Brush the egg wash over the top crust. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic salt.
Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue to bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and cooked through.
Let the bake rest for 10 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
