In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, shredded cheddar cheese, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into two patties. On a hot skillet or griddle, fry the patties until a golden-brown crust forms on both sides.
In a separate bowl, prepare the burger sauce by mixing together mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, honey, and pickle juice until smooth.
Divide the ground beef into two balls and place them on the hot griddle. Use a burger press and parchment paper to smash them into patties.
Season the burger patties with salt and cook for a few minutes per side until a good crust develops.
While the burgers cook, toast the inside of the potato buns on the griddle.
Place a slice of American cheese on each burger patty and allow it to melt.
To assemble, spread a generous amount of burger sauce on the bottom bun.
Place a cooked jalapeño popper patty on the bottom bun, followed by the cheeseburger patty.
Top with pickle chips and spread more burger sauce on the top bun.
Place the top bun on the burger and serve immediately.
