Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
Stir in the packet of ranch dip mix until well combined.
Add the diced fresh jalapeños and chopped pickled jalapeños to the bowl.
Stir in the shredded mozzarella and shredded Colby Jack cheese, reserving a small amount of Colby Jack for topping.
Add the sliced green onions and crumbled bacon, reserving a small amount of each for topping. Fold everything together until evenly mixed.
Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
Top the dip with additional pickled jalapeño slices, then sprinkle with the reserved Colby Jack cheese, crumbled bacon, and sliced green onions.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
