Open a 1-gallon jar of dill pickles. Pour out or drink about half of the pickle brine to make room for the other ingredients.
Add 1 cup of granulated sugar directly into the pickle jar.
Add 5 packets of your chosen flavor of unsweetened drink mix to the jar.
Secure the lid tightly on the jar.
Shake the jar vigorously for about a minute until the sugar and drink mix powder are mostly dissolved.
Once mixed, place the jar in the refrigerator to chill and marinate.
Store in the refrigerator in the sealed jar for up to several weeks. Flavor deepens and sweetness increases over time.
