Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Take each butter roll and make two deep slits across the top, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Place two slices of pepperoni into each slit.

Stuff each slit with shredded mozzarella cheese.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley to create the garlic herb butter.

Place the stuffed rolls on a baking sheet. Brush the bottom of the pan and the entire surface of each roll with the garlic herb butter.
