Instructions

Chop the cabbage, onion, garlic, and carrot.

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

Add the chopped onion, garlic, and carrots to the pot. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.

Stir in the dried dill, paprika, tomato sauce, and tomato paste.

Add the chopped cabbage, water, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
