Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a casserole dish.
Cut the biscuit dough into small pieces and arrange them in an even layer on the bottom of the prepared dish.
Top the biscuit pieces with the browned breakfast sausage.
Sprinkle the cubed cheddar cheese over the sausage.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
Pour the whisked eggs evenly over the casserole.
Gently shake the dish to ensure the egg mixture settles throughout the layers.
