In a frying pan over medium heat, add cooking oil and pan-fry the tofu sheets until they are nice and golden.
Pour the gyoza dipping sauce over the tofu sheets in the pan and continue to cook, allowing the sauce to caramelize.
Once cooked and caramelized, remove the tofu sheets from the pan and place them on a cutting board.
Roughly chop the cooked tofu sheets into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, add the salad mix from the kit, the chopped tofu sheets, and the sesame ginger vinaigrette from the kit.
Toss everything together until well combined.
Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and sprinkle with the included topping mix of cashews, nori, and sesame sticks.
