Insert a wooden skewer through the center of each hot dog.
Place a skewered hot dog on a cutting board. Using a small knife, cut into the hot dog at an angle while rolling it away from you to create a spiral.
Gently stretch the hot dog along the skewer to separate the spiral cuts. Repeat for all remaining hot dogs.
On a lightly floured surface, unroll the crescent dough and pinch the seams together to form a single rectangle. Roll it out slightly with a rolling pin.
Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut the dough into long, thin strips (about 1/2-inch wide).
Take one strip of dough and wrap it around a spiral-cut hot dog, tucking it into the crevices.
Place the wrapped hot dogs on a baking sheet.
Brush the dough with the beaten egg.
Sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and drizzle with ketchup and mustard before serving.
