Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Separate the biscuit dough. Carefully split each biscuit in half horizontally to create a top and bottom.
Place one slice of turkey and one slice of cheese onto the bottom half of each biscuit.
Place the top half of the biscuit over the fillings and pinch the edges firmly to seal everything inside.
Arrange the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the biscuits with the beaten egg wash.
Bake for 16-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the biscuits from the oven and immediately brush the tops with melted honey butter.
Serve warm. You can slice them in half to show the filling.
