Spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
On the first slice of bread, layer with romaine lettuce and tomato slices.
Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the second slice of bread on top, mayo-side down.
Layer with sliced avocado, crispy bacon, and sliced turkey breast.
Top with the final slice of bread, mayo-side down.
Secure the sandwich with two sandwich picks through the center of each half.
Slice the sandwich in half diagonally and serve immediately.
