Take each slice of bacon and fold it into a small, thick package.
Place the folded bacon packages into an air fryer basket.
Air fry at 390°F for about 6 minutes per side, for a total of 12 minutes.
Remove the cooked bacon from the air fryer.
Brush each piece of bacon with Dijon mustard.
Sprinkle brown sugar over the mustard-coated bacon.
Place the glazed bacon into a hot pan.
Sear the bacon on both sides to caramelize the glaze, being careful not to burn it.
Remove from the pan and serve immediately.
