Instructions

Put 12 sprigs of fresh mint into a bowl and cover with powdered sugar.

Add just enough water to dissolve the sugar and then muddle well.

Place half the crushed mint and liquid into a Tom Collins glass.

Fill glass half full of shaved ice and then add rest of crushed mint and fill the glass with shaved ice.

Add Old Mr.

Boston Apricot Nectar and place in a refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Before serving.

decorate with sprigs of mint covered with powdered sugar.

Serve with a straw.
