In a large bowl, season the cleaned chicken wings with smoked paprika, garlic powder, seasoned salt, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until the wings are evenly coated.
Let the seasoned wings sit out to come to room temperature.
Fill a deep fryer with vegetable oil and preheat to 350°F.
While the oil heats, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a small saucepan, combine the mild buffalo wing sauce, butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, garlic powder, and salt.
Heat the sauce over low heat, whisking until the butter is melted and all ingredients are combined. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Once the oil is hot, place the wings in the fryer baskets and carefully lower them into the oil. Fry for 15 minutes.
Halfway through the cooking time, shake the fryer baskets to prevent sticking.
While the wings cook, prepare the fries. Heat vegetable oil in a separate pan to 350°F. Carefully add the frozen fries and cook for about 7 minutes, or until golden brown.
When the wings are done, lift the baskets and let the excess oil drain off.
Transfer the hot wings to a large bowl and pour the prepared buffalo sauce over them.
Toss the wings by shaking the bowl in a circular motion until they are fully coated in sauce.
Prepare the vegetable sticks by rinsing and cutting the carrot and celery.
Serve the buffalo wings immediately with the hot fries, carrot and celery sticks, and dipping sauces like ranch and ketchup.
Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; reheat in a 350°F oven for 10-12 minutes until warmed through.

This recipe is designed for deep-frying at 350°F for 15 minutes. Oven-baking will not achieve the same crispy exterior; if you prefer baking, pat wings dry and bake at 425°F for 35-40 minutes, then toss with sauce.
This recipe uses mild buffalo wing sauce as the base, which is less spicy. For more heat, substitute with medium or hot buffalo sauce, or add cayenne pepper to the mild sauce.
Shake the fryer baskets halfway through the 15-minute cooking time, as instructed in step 7, to ensure even cooking and prevent sticking.
Yes, prepare the sauce up to 2 days ahead and store in the refrigerator. Reheat gently over low heat before tossing with the fried wings.
Both the wings and fries fry at 350°F. The wings cook for 15 minutes and the fries for about 7 minutes until golden brown.
