Cheesy Bacon Burger Foil Packets

Lay out four large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil, doubled up for strength.

Divide the cubed potatoes, chopped onion, and baby carrots among the four foil sheets.

Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and season generously with steak seasoning.

Place a 1/4 lb ground beef patty on top of the vegetables in each packet. Season the patties with more steak seasoning.

Drizzle about half of the steak sauce over the raw patties.

Seal the foil packets tightly, leaving some room for steam to circulate.

Place the packets on a grill over medium-high heat and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the burger is cooked through.

Carefully open the foil packets and top each one with a generous amount of shredded Colby Jack cheese.

Return the open packets to the grill for another 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.

Remove from the grill, top with crumbled bacon, and drizzle with the remaining steak sauce before serving.
