Roughly chop the lettuce and wash it thoroughly.
In a large bowl, add Caesar dressing to the lettuce and toss until well coated.
Slice the cooked crispy chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces.
Lay a warm, large tortilla on a flat surface. Top with the dressed lettuce.
Add the sliced chicken on top of the lettuce.
Generously grate fresh Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then tightly roll it from the bottom up to form a wrap.
Slice the wrap in half and serve. Optionally, serve with extra Caesar dressing for dipping.
Store leftover cooked chicken tenders covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; reheat in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side to restore crispness. Assemble wraps fresh to order to prevent sogginess.
Yes. Shred or chop rotisserie chicken to about the same size as tenders. The wrap works equally well, though you'll lose the crispy texture unless you re-crisp the chicken briefly in a hot pan.
Assemble the wrap just before eating. If prepping ahead, keep dressing and lettuce separate and add them only when ready to wrap and eat.
Romaine is traditional for Caesar wraps, but any crisp lettuce like iceberg or a Caesar salad mix works. Avoid delicate greens that wilt quickly.
Skip the Parmesan cheese and use a dairy-free Caesar dressing, or substitute with a squeeze of lemon and olive oil with garlic.
Cook chicken tenders ahead and store refrigerated up to 3 days. Chop lettuce and store in the fridge up to 1 day. Assemble the wrap just before serving.
