In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken thighs with about 1.5 tablespoons of the chili garlic seasoning and the olive oil. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.

Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto skewers.

Place the skewers on a preheated grill. Cook, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.

While the chicken is grilling, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, the remaining chili garlic seasoning, and the juice of half a lime. Whisk to combine.
