If your chimichangas are not sealed, secure them with toothpicks to prevent them from unrolling during cooking.
Lightly spray the chimichangas on all sides with cooking spray.
Place the chimichangas in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
Air fry at 380°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Carefully remove the chimichangas from the air fryer and place on a plate.
Ladle the warm green chile sauce generously over the top of each chimichanga.
