In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped imitation crab meat, soy sauce, sugar, garlic powder, and white pepper.
Add finely chopped green onions and grated garlic to the bowl.
Mix all the filling ingredients together until well combined.
Place a spoonful of the filling onto the center of a wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with water, fold it into a triangle, and press to seal.
Heat a few inches of neutral oil in a pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the wontons in batches for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Drain on a wire rack.
Arrange the fried wontons on a large platter. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and spicy mayo.
Top with chili crisp, a sprinkle of furikake seasoning, sliced jalapeños, and sliced green onions.
