Place chicken breasts, chicken broth, ranch seasoning packet, and the block of cream cheese into the pressure cooker.
Secure the lid and set the pressure cooker to cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once the cooking cycle is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then perform a quick release for any remaining pressure.
Carefully remove the cooked chicken from the pot and shred it using two forks.
Return the shredded chicken to the pot with the creamy sauce. Stir in the cooked and crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions until well combined.
Serve the creamy ranch chicken on buns.
