In a blender, combine the uncooked tomatillos, serrano peppers, onion, garlic, avocado, water, cilantro, and chicken bouillon powder.
Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Pour the salsa into a serving bowl and stir in the fresh lime juice.
