Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spoon or meat chopper. Drain off any excess grease.
Season the cooked beef with garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, and seasoned salt to your liking.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the refrigerated ravioli, marinara sauce, water, 1 cup of the Italian cheese blend, and the seasoned ground beef.
Stir everything together until the ravioli is evenly coated.
Lightly grease a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Pour the ravioli mixture into the dish and spread it into an even layer.
Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of Italian cheese blend over the top.
Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is bubbling around the edges.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently covered with foil at 350°F until warmed through, or microwave individual portions.

Yes. Assemble the casserole, cover with foil, and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Bake from cold—add 10–15 minutes to the baking time.

No, it contains ground beef. Omit the beef and add sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or extra vegetables for a vegetarian version.
