Garlic Toast Meatball Subs

Preheat your oven according to the Texas toast package directions. Arrange the frozen toast on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown.

While the toast bakes, add the frozen meatballs to a large skillet. Pour the marinara sauce over the top.

Stir to combine and simmer over medium heat until the meatballs are heated through.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.

Once the toast is baked, use the back of a spoon to gently press down the center of each slice to create a well.

Spoon the saucy meatballs into the well of each slice of garlic toast.

Top each one with a slice of provolone cheese.

Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake or broil for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
