Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet and press it out into a large rectangle.
Spread the cooked scrambled eggs and ham mixture down the center third of the dough, leaving the sides clear.
Layer the slices of Swiss cheese on top of the egg and ham mixture.
Using scissors or a knife, cut 1-inch wide strips into the dough on both sides of the filling, from the filling to the outer edge.
Fold the strips over the filling, alternating from side to side to create a braided pattern.
In a microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup, combine the butter, Dijon mustard, honey, poppy seeds, dehydrated minced onion, and Worcestershire sauce.
Microwave the glaze mixture until the butter is completely melted, then stir to combine.
Drizzle the glaze evenly over the top of the braid.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the braid is golden brown and cooked through.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
