Arrange bacon slices in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake the bacon in the oven until crispy. Set aside to cool.
Dice the Roma tomatoes. For a less watery salad, you can scoop out the seeds and pulp before dicing.
Add the ground beef to a hot skillet, breaking it into large chunks.
Sear the beef on both sides until nicely browned.
Season the beef with burger seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and yellow mustard.
Break the beef into smaller crumbles with a spatula and cook until no longer pink.
Once the bacon has cooled, chop it into small pieces.
To assemble the salad, start with a base of chopped iceberg lettuce in a bowl.
Top the lettuce with the cooked ground beef, diced tomatoes, and diced red onion.
Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and the chopped bacon.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
