Drizzle caramel sauce around the inside of a tall glass.
Pour about 1/4 cup of oat milk into a separate small glass or frothing pitcher.
Add one scoop of caramel protein coffee powder to the oat milk.
Use a milk frother to mix the coffee powder and oat milk until smooth and well combined.
Fill the tall glass with ice.
Pour the remaining oat milk over the ice, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
Pour the frothed coffee mixture over the milk and ice.
Stir with a straw to combine and enjoy.
Best consumed immediately. If prepared ahead, store in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before adding ice; stir before drinking.
Mix the dry protein powder with a small amount of oat milk first, then add ice and remaining milk. For best results, drink immediately to prevent the ice from diluting it.
Whisk the caramel protein powder with a small splash of oat milk until smooth, then stir in the remaining cold milk and pour over ice.
One scoop of caramel protein powder typically provides 15-25g of protein, depending on the brand.
Yes, dairy milk, almond milk, or any plant-based milk works. Oat milk adds creaminess, but other options will still taste good.
Blending is optional. You can whisk the protein powder with a small amount of milk first to avoid lumps, then stir in the rest.
