Open and drain two cans of tiny shrimp, being careful not to smash them.
In a strainer, season the drained shrimp with Old Bay seasoning and toss gently to coat evenly.
In a small bowl or the cream cheese container, add Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice to the chive and onion cream cheese.
Mix the cream cheese mixture with a fork until well combined.
Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly between the two empty shrimp tins, filling them about halfway and spreading it into an even layer.
Pour a layer of cocktail sauce over the cream cheese in each tin.
Top the cocktail sauce with the seasoned shrimp, dividing it between the two tins.
Garnish with chopped green onions.
Serve with crackers for dipping.
