Grind fresh coffee beans, add to a portafilter, and tamp down firmly.
In your serving cup, add the hot fudge sauce and peppermint syrup.
Pull two shots of espresso directly over the syrups in the cup.
Stir the espresso and syrups together until fully combined.
Add milk to a frothing pitcher and steam until hot and foamy.
Pour the steamed milk into the espresso mixture.
Optionally, use a little extra hot fudge sauce to draw a design on top of the foam.
