Place frozen Texas toast on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake according to package directions.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up, until fully browned.
Drain the excess fat from the skillet.
Add your desired seasonings to the beef. The creator uses a brown butter roasted garlic blend.
Pour in the beef broth, then sprinkle the au jus gravy mix over the beef. Stir to combine.
Add the ranch seasoning powder and mix well.
Pour in the pepperoncini juice and add the sliced pepperoncinis. Stir everything together.
Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken.
Once the garlic toast is baked, use the back of a spoon to gently press down the center of each slice, creating a small well for the filling.
Spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture onto each slice of garlic toast.
Top each one with a slice of provolone cheese and a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
