Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, add the chicken wings. Sprinkle with baking powder, paprika (or chili powder), salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
Toss the wings thoroughly until they are evenly coated with the seasonings.
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
After 30 minutes, remove the wings from the oven, flip them over, and increase the oven temperature to 450°F (230°C).
Return the wings to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until super crispy and golden brown.
While the wings are finishing, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Old Bay seasoning, and hot honey. Stir until well mixed.
Once the wings are crispy, transfer them to a large clean bowl. Pour the sauce over the hot wings.
Toss the wings in the sauce until they are fully coated. Serve immediately.
