For the guacamole, halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh onto a plate.
Squeeze the juice of half a lime over the avocado.
Season with salt, freshly ground black pepper, and garlic powder.
Mash the avocado with a fork, then fold in the finely chopped red onion and cherry tomatoes.
For the smoothie, add frozen spinach, ice cubes, a whole banana, and mixed berries to a blender cup.
Blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into two glasses.
Serve the guacamole with tortilla chips alongside the smoothies. Grilled hot dogs can be served as well for a complete meal.
