Cut chicken breasts into smaller, even-sized pieces or strips and place them in a mixing bowl.
Drizzle the chicken with about half of the avocado oil and season generously with all-purpose seasoning. Toss to coat, then cover and refrigerate until ready to cook.
Cut the red potatoes into bite-sized cubes and place them in a separate large mixing bowl.
Drizzle the potatoes with the remaining avocado oil and season generously with a burger seasoning blend. Toss to coat.
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Spread the seasoned potatoes onto a large sheet pan or baking dish.
Add the frozen broccoli florets to the pan with the potatoes and toss everything together.
Arrange the seasoned chicken pieces in a single layer on top of the potatoes and broccoli.
Bake at 400°F until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly browned, about 25-35 minutes.
Serve hot, optionally with a drizzle of BBQ sauce.
