Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large mixing bowl, add the frozen pierogies. Drizzle with half of the olive oil and sprinkle with half of the all-purpose seasoning. Toss well to coat.

Spread the seasoned pierogies in a single layer on one half of a large sheet pan.

To the same mixing bowl, add the chopped bell peppers, chopped onion, sliced sausage, and minced garlic.

Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle with the remaining seasoning. Toss until everything is well combined.
