In a measuring cup or small bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, ranch seasoning mix, crushed red pepper flakes, dried dill weed, smoked paprika, and dill pickle juice.
Place the mini saltine crackers in a large resealable plastic bag.
Pour the seasoning mixture over the crackers in the bag. Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible.
Gently shake and turn the bag until the crackers are evenly coated.
Let the crackers marinate for at least 20 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator for the best flavor.
Preheat oven to 250°F. Spread the crackers in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes until the coating is set.
