In a large bowl, combine the sliced green bell pepper and red onion. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
Place the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry the vegetables for 13 minutes.
While the vegetables are cooking, place the thinly sliced steak in a separate bowl. Drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and lime juice to the steak. Toss well until the steak is evenly coated.
Once the vegetables are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and set aside on a plate.
Add the seasoned steak to the empty air fryer basket.
Air fry the steak for 7-8 minutes, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
Combine the cooked steak with the cooked peppers and onions.
Serve the steak fajita mixture on warm flour tortillas, topped with queso blanco and pico de gallo.
