Lay out two slices of sourdough bread. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice.
Flip the bread slices over and spread apple butter on the other side of each slice.
On one slice of bread (on the apple butter side), layer the Muenster cheese slices.
Add the sliced turkey on top of the cheese.
Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise-side out.
Grill the sandwich in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
