Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, melted butter, chopped pecans, and 1 egg.
Using a hand mixer, mix the ingredients until a thick dough forms.
Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish.
Press the crust mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
