Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Place the chicken mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press it down into a thin, even pizza crust shape.
Bake the crust for 20 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
Remove the crust from the oven. Spread the ranch dressing over the crust, then top with mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and chopped bacon.
Drizzle the buffalo sauce over the toppings.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, drizzle with extra ranch dressing and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Slice and serve immediately.
