Stir with ice and shake into chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with pear
Cocktails are best served fresh immediately after mixing; store individual bottle ingredients in a cool, dark cabinet.
Stir all ingredients with ice for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled, then strain into a coupe or cocktail glass. Pre-chilling your glass keeps the drink colder longer.
Mix and chill up to 2 hours before serving, but stir with fresh ice and strain just before serving for the best texture and temperature.
Use regular vodka and add 0.5 oz pear liqueur or pear juice to mimic the flavor profile.
The dash of white crème de cacao adds subtle sweetness and body; omit it for a drier drink, or substitute with a pinch of vanilla liqueur.
Use a sharp knife or mandoline to slice a fresh pear lengthwise into thin pieces, then place one across the rim or float it in the drink.
