Ingredients: 3 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed; 2 tbsp olive oil; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp black pepper; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp paprika; 1 lb ground beef; 1 medium yellow onion, diced; 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese; 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled; 2 green onions, sliced; Burger sauce, for drizzling

Peel and cube the russet potatoes.

Place the cubed potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss well to coat.

Transfer the seasoned potatoes to an air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 25 minutes until crispy.

When the potatoes have about 12 minutes of cooking time remaining, heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the ground beef and diced onion to the hot skillet. Season with additional salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook, breaking up the meat, until the beef is browned and the onions are soft. Drain any excess grease.

Once the potatoes are done, add them to the skillet with the cooked beef and onion mixture. Stir to combine.

Top the skillet with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.

Place the skillet in a hot oven for 2-3 minutes, just until the cheese is fully melted.

Remove from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions and a drizzle of burger sauce, if desired.
