Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the Hawaiian rolls in a baking dish, keeping them connected.
Using a knife, cut a channel down the middle of each row of rolls, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Gently press down the bread inside the channels to create a trough for the fillings.
Squeeze your favorite condiments, like yellow mustard, into the channels.
Place one bun-length hot dog into each channel.
Spoon chili evenly over the top of the hot dogs.
Top with diced onions, shredded cheese, and sliced jalapeños, customizing to your preference.
Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
