Into collins glass put 1 teaspoon powdered sugar, five or six leaves of fresh mint, and 2 1/2 oz.

Five Star Brandy.

Then fill glass with finely shaved ice, and stir until mint rises to top, being careful not to bruise the leaves.

(Do not hold glass with hand while stirring.) Decorate with slice of pineapple, orange, or lemon and a cherry.

Serve with straws.
