Cotton Candy Cosmopolitan

In a large mixing glass or pitcher, combine the vodka and triple sec.

Using a vegetable peeler, peel a lime and add the peels to the mixing glass.

Squeeze fresh limes to get 1/2 cup of juice and add it to the mixing glass.

Add the pink and red cranberry juices to the mixture and stir to combine.

Prepare your martini glasses. Optionally, wet the rim with a lime wedge and dip in Pop Rocks. Alternatively, you can place Pop Rocks in the bottom of the glass.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then pour in the cosmopolitan mixture.

Secure the lid and shake vigorously until the shaker is well-chilled.

Using a strainer, pour the cocktail into your prepared martini glasses.

Garnish each drink with a piece of cotton candy just before serving.
