Strain the pickles and pat them completely dry with a paper towel.
Set up a three-station breading station. In the first bowl, add flour. In the second, whisk together egg whites and water. In the third, combine cornmeal, breadcrumbs, and seasoning salt.
Working one at a time, dredge each pickle in flour, dip it in the egg white mixture, then fully coat it in the cornmeal mixture.
Place the breaded pickles in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Lightly spray the pickles with cooking spray.
Arrange the pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Once cooked, remove the pickles from the air fryer and immediately sprinkle with a little salt.
Serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping.
