Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
On the wide end of each triangle, layer a few slices of pepperoni, a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese, and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, to form a crescent shape.
Place the rolls on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
While the rolls are baking, prepare the garlic butter. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, chopped parsley, the remaining Italian seasoning, and minced garlic. Stir well.
Once baked, remove the rolls from the oven and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
Pour the garlic butter mixture over the hot rolls, making sure to scrape all the garlic and herbs from the bottom of the bowl.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
Gently toss the rolls in the bowl to coat them completely in the garlic butter and Parmesan.
Serve immediately, with a side of warm marinara sauce for dipping.
