Place the bottom half of the pretzel slider buns in a baking dish or on a serving tray.
Squeeze mayonnaise over the buns and use a spoon to spread it evenly.
Spread the fig jam over the layer of mayonnaise.
Layer the slices of provolone cheese on top of the jam.
Arrange the thinly sliced deli ham over the cheese, covering the entire surface.
Place the top half of the pretzel buns over the ham.
Just before serving, lift the top buns and add a layer of fresh arugula.
