Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
Without separating the rolls, slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
Line a baking dish with aluminum foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.
Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared dish. Layer with half the Swiss cheese, all of the ham, and the remaining Swiss cheese.
Place the top half of the rolls over the fillings.
Brush and pour the melted butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.
