To a slow cooker, add the cooked and drained ground beef.
Add the diced onion, minced garlic, diced green chiles, and chili beans.
Add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste.
Sprinkle in the chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
