Lay a large flour tortilla on a flat surface.
Spread mashed avocado on one quadrant of the tortilla. Add sliced deli turkey and crumbled cooked bacon to the other quadrants.
Top the remaining quadrant with shredded lettuce and drizzle with ranch dressing.
Fold the wrap by bringing one edge to the center and continuing to fold the other edges over each other to create a sealed packet.
Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Place the wrap seam-side down in the hot skillet.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the pan, slice in half, and serve immediately.
