Create a salami rose by folding slices of salami over the rim of a small glass, layering until a rose shape is formed. Place it on a large round board.

Arrange the cheeses and cured meats around the board. Slice the gouda into fans, crumble the hard cheese, and fold the prosciutto and capocollo into ribbons.
